Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This policy describes what Suvo collects, how it's used, and your rights. It applies to the Suvo mobile app and this website.

What we collect

What we do not collect

Third-party services

When you tap a product link inside the app, you leave Suvo and open the retailer's website (e.g. Amazon). That retailer's privacy policy governs everything that happens after that point, including any cookies or tracking they use.

We use PostHog for product analytics. Analytics events do not contain personally identifying content you log (e.g. supplement names, notes).

How long we keep data

We keep your account data and app data until you delete your account. You can request account deletion at any time by emailing the address below; we will delete your data within 30 days of the request.

Your rights

You have the right under the GDPR (Article 15) to a copy of every piece of data we hold about you, and the right (Article 17) to have that data erased. Residents of the UK and California have equivalent rights under UK GDPR / CCPA. You can exercise both rights from inside the Suvo mobile app:

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Your data.
  3. Tap Export my data to download a JSON file of everything we hold about you, or Delete my account to erase every row. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, email hello@getsuvo.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

Children

Suvo is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
