Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
This policy describes what Suvo collects, how it's used, and your rights. It applies to the Suvo mobile app and this website.
What we collect
- Account data: email address when you sign in.
- App data: supplements and reminders you add to the app.
- Usage data: anonymized events about which screens you view and which buttons you tap, to improve the app.
- Device data: platform (iOS/Android), app version, and a randomly generated device identifier.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.
- We do not run third-party advertising networks inside the app.
Third-party services
When you tap a product link inside the app, you leave Suvo and open the retailer's website (e.g. Amazon). That retailer's privacy policy governs everything that happens after that point, including any cookies or tracking they use.
We use PostHog for product analytics. Analytics events do not contain personally identifying content you log (e.g. supplement names, notes).
How long we keep data
We keep your account data and app data until you delete your account. You can request account deletion at any time by emailing the address below; we will delete your data within 30 days of the request.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@getsuvo.com. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA; email us to exercise them.
Children
Suvo is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
